Business mentoring for entrepreneurs from abroad building in the United States, led by an experienced operator.

Our vision

More people building their own future through business in America.

Our vision is for Gateway to serve anyone who wants to pursue the entrepreneurial journey in the United States. We are building toward that future by starting where our experience can make the greatest difference: with Brazilian and Latino entrepreneurs.

Our mission

Develop the entrepreneur. Strengthen the business.

Gateway exists to help business owners turn their ambition in the United States into informed decisions and practical action. We bring lived experience, thoughtful challenge and a community of peers to the work of building and leading a business.

The focus is the entrepreneur as a whole: the business they want to build, the people they lead, the capital they commit and the life they want that business to support.

Our focus today

Brazilian and Latino roots. A business connected to America.

Building in the United States takes more than moving a business idea across a border. It means understanding customers, earning trust, leading people with different expectations and learning how the local market works.

Our focus is on helping Brazilian and Latino entrepreneurs build that understanding and put it into practice, whether they are already in the United States or developing their business from abroad.

Their culture, experience and relationships are strengths to build on. We want to help them reach beyond familiar circles, draw on talent from different backgrounds and participate more fully in the communities and markets around them.

How we work

Values that show up in everyday decisions.

Good leadership gives people clarity, room to contribute and a fair opportunity to succeed. It means listening carefully, hiring for competence and taking responsibility for decisions.

Our mentoring brings those principles into practical conversations about sales, operations, people and growth. Guided peer discussions offer different perspectives and timely feedback; individual conversations make room for the decisions specific to each business.

The mentor brings experience and questions. The entrepreneur keeps ownership of the choices.

The experience behind Gateway

Built on the experience of being an owner.

Gateway was founded by Gustavo Reichardt, who built a tech services business with multiple locations in Austin, Texas, and now manages it from Miami. His experience spans sales, operations, opening new locations, shaping a clear culture and leading an American team.

That ownership experience builds on an international career with AmBev, Colgate, Sanofi, Reckitt and Johnson & Johnson. After leaving Brazil, he worked in operations, marketing and sales in New York and London. His final corporate years were in Paris. Over a decade of leading American teams, together with his close understanding of Latino communities in the United States, informs the perspective he brings to Gateway.

Let's talk about what you want to build.

If Gateway's mission connects with your plans, we would like to hear from you.
